How to reserve a ride by phone.

Reserving a ride by phone is easy, simply call our toll free reservations line 1-800-990-0417 to connect to a live personal ride concierge.

Finding Kaptyn at (LAS) McCarran Airport.

For Terminal 1: Kaptyn is available on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exit 9 & 10 curbside. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed

For Terminal 3: Kaptyn is located outside on Level Zero on the west-end of the building to serve domestic travelers and on the east-side of the building to accommodate international travelers.

What is the Kaptyn Concierge Portal?

Kaptyn Concierge is a B2B booking portal we developed in efforts to streamline the booking process and allow for more transparency around your company’s bookings. You are able to book rides, edit existing rides, and access a drivers’ contact information. Overtime based on our clients feedback we will continue to introduce new features to support our clients.

Kaptyn also has the ability to integrate Kaptyn Concierge with you internal billing systems. Think this is a step your company is willing to take? Reach out to us at Conciergeinfo@kaptyn.com or speak directly to your account manager.

Can anyone get access to Kaptyn Concierge?

Yes, any client or passenger can get access to Kaptyn Concierge but it may not be the best solution for everyone. If a booking portal is a product you’d like to explore for yourself or your company, let us know and we would be happy to discuss.

What types of payment methods can I use on Kaptyn Concierge?

When setting up your Concierge account, we will work with you to identify your preferred method of payment. Depending on your account type, you will be able to access invoicing, corporate credit cards, personal credit cards, and our in vehicle square devices.

If you would like to pay cash, we ask that you create the ride under a different payment method to hold the ride and the driver will be able to switch the payment to cash at the time of your ride.

How can I edit a ride that I already created?

In your "Rides" tab, select "Booked". Identify the ride you would like to edit. In the top right corner you will see a pencil; click the pencil and you will be brought to the "book a ride" screen.

How can I remove an employee’s access to Concierge if they’ve left our company or changed roles?

Your account company’s admin can add and remove users from your Concierge portal but always feel free to reach out to your account manager at Kaptyn to assist with this or Conciergeinfo@kaptytn.com
